PAINT
PROTECTION
what is PPF?
Paint Protection Film (PPF) is a transparent, durable layer of thermoplastic urethane that is applied to the exterior surfaces of a vehicle to protect its paint from damage. Originally developed for military use to shield helicopter blades from debris, PPF is now widely used in the automotive industry to preserve a car’s appearance and value.
PPF is typically applied to high-impact areas like the hood, front bumper, fenders, side mirrors, and door edges, though full-body coverage is also an option for maximum protection. In addition to its protective qualities, the film is virtually invisible and can enhance the vehicle’s finish with either a glossy or matte look.

PPF Knowledge Base
What is Paint Protection Film?
PPF is a high-grade, 'self-healing' thermoplastic urethane film applied to your car's painted surfaces. It acts as a sacrificial barrier against rock chips, scratches, and road debris while preserving the factory finish.
What areas can be covered?
You can choose 'High Impact' coverage (front bumper, hood, mirrors) or a 'Full Body' wrap. We can protect any painted surface, including rockers, pillars, and headlights.
How do I wash and maintain it?
Wait 48 hours after installation to wash. Use standard hand-washing methods. Avoid high-pressure jets too close to edges and use pH-neutral soaps to keep the film healthy.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Our installations are backed by a manufacturer's warranty against yellowing, bubbling, and cracking, ensuring your investment remains protected for years.
How long does it last?
Our premium films typically last 7 to 10 years, depending on care and environmental exposure. It is designed to stay clear, glossy, and protective for the long haul.
Will it change how my car looks?
Standard PPF is virtually invisible, maintaining your original paint's gloss. We also offer 'Stealth' matte finishes that can transform gloss paint into a sleek satin look.
PPF vs Ceramic Coating?
Ceramic coatings provide gloss and water repellency but cannot stop rock chips. PPF is a thick physical barrier that stops impact damage. For total protection, we recommend both.
How long does install take?
A high-impact front package usually takes 1-2 days. A full body wrap typically requires 4-6 days to ensure every edge is perfectly tucked and finished.
